Hanoi Vietnam to host international food festival
The Hanoi Tourism Department is expected to hold Hanoi International Food Festival 2007 on February 15 with the participation of eight five-star hotels, two four-star hotels, airlines and travel agencies.
The festival is to feature works made from vegetable, bulbs, fruits and flowers and special dishes made by chefs from hotels. Each dish represents the food culture of a nation.
The works will be on display in a setting of a food street of Hanoi Vietnam in the past.
This will be a good opportunity to promote the image and high-quality services of hotels and travel agencies in Hanoi Vietnam to foreign counterparts and international tourists, said the tourism department.
