Con Son – Kiep Bac festival

Con Son – Kiep Bac Festival 2007 will be held for three days, from March 4-6 at the Con Son – Kiep Bac cultural and historical site in the northern province of Hai Duong, said Hai Duong Culture and Information Department.
The festival will be an opportunity to offer incense to mark the 673rd death anniversary of Buddhist priest Huyen Quang. This will also be a spring festival of the Con Son – Kiep Bac complex, devoted to National Hero Nguyen Trai.
The festival this year will feature a water procession, Huyen Quang – Diem Bich cheo (popular opera), an art performance and folk games. The festival will be held on the large scale for the first time.
