Caravelle hotel launches mid-week buffet dinner menu Nineteen
The Caravelle Hotel in downtown Ho Chi Minh City has rolled out its new Monday-to-Wednesday buffet dinner at the refurbished restaurant Nineteen, located near the hotel's lobby.
The menu offers a selection of appetizers and other dishes including superb salmon caviar with assorted condiments, lumpfish and egg roes.
Gourmets may also try the hand rolled sushi and imported sashimi, and hard and soft cheeses imported from France.
For main courses, the restaurant serves varieties of seafood including lobsters, river prawns, king prawns, tiger prawns and three variety of crab as well as beef tenderloin, sirloin and rack of lamb.
Everything is cooked to order and served at the guest's table. To complete the meal the restaurant offers a wide range of desserts including creme caramel, mousse, cakes, tarts, a selection of ice creams and local and imported fruit.
