The Yen So park, on 327 hectares, is located in Hoang Mai and Thanh Tri districts Hanoi. The Malaysian group will invest US $711 million to build the park.

Main sub-projects include a cultural park, a hotel, a trade and service centre and offices for rent. The cultural park is expected to be operational in October 2010 and other sub-projects will be operational before 2020.

The construction of Yen Son Sewage Treatment Plant will be carried out on the model “build – transfer” (BT) with a total investment capital of US $253 million. The plant is to be operational in late 2010. The plant is expected to treat 195,000 cubic metres of sewage a day.
