Footprint Vietnam Travel Licence

We thank you for your interest in Footprint. Here is the copy of our travel licence issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) - the government department of Vietnam Tourism.

One of the many terms & conditions to be licensed by VNAT is that we are required to place a substantial cash bond in a secure account, as you can see in the copy picture. The bond account has two signatories – VNAT and Footprint.

The money in the bond account mentioned in the licence is solely for financial security in respect to customers’ advanced payments, as well as, the quality of travel services offered. If compensation has to be paid to a client, we are obliged to top up the bond to its original level immediately by VNAT.
