Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Co-Founder, Sales & Human Resources

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 11 years in the Industry, 6 years as a Footprinter As one of the Co-Founder and Operator, Thanh is forced to be the one to keep everyone on task. Although, never without humor. Laughter and creativity at work is Thanh’s formula for success. He is a photographer who loves his country and does not have just one favorite place. Thanh can tell you the highlights of everywhere in Vietnam, and always will include some of his own, brilliant photographs with his descriptions.

Dang Xuan Son Co-Founder, Operations & Customer Care

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 10 years in the Industry, 6 years as a Footprinter Co-Founder and Operator Son is the Footprint motivator of the duo. His work ethic is unsurpassed. With drive, desire, determination and discipline, Son has created Footprint and continues to pursue his dreams in the travel industry. He believes that life and travel are one in the same and takes his ideals of learning and sharing into everything he does. The notion of responsible travel has been, and always will be a big part in both Son’s and Footprint’s story.

Hoang Thu Trang Travel Consultant

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 3 years at Footprint Finishing a Tourism degree in early 2005, Trang moved to the ‘big’ city, leaving her home, fresh vegetables and home raised chickens. She started at Footprint as a guide and then found a new home in the office. Keeping everyone punctual and focused, by her example, she feels she suits her new lifestyle. Although she never forgets her favorite place, home, and is quick to describe it to you.

Nguyen Tra Travel Consultant

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 2 years as a Footprinter A graduate from Hanoi Open University, Faculty of Tourism, Footprint has become a place for Tra to pursue her studies. She loves her field as it involves both work and travel.  She travels not only for the beautiful landscapes, adventure and culture, but for smiles. Everywhere she goes, she looks forward to sharing a smile with the people she visits.

Nguyen Nhan Travel Consultant

Bachelor of English Degree, Currently Enrolled in a Master’s Program Experience: 4 years at Footprint, started as a Tour Guide Initially, Nhan was trained to be a teacher but now is involved in tourism as a senior travel consultant with 4 years experience. She loves to travel and finds that each new place she goes to becomes her favorite one. Footprint is an accidental just-by-chance opportunity, but an welcomed affinity. The open gate leading her into tourism and the understanding of what real travel is.

Pham Thu Hien Corporate Group Travel Consultant

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 2 years as a Footprinter A go-getter with bundles of enthusiasm, Hien is one of the youngest members of the Footprint family. She is the first person you see when you walk into Footprint headquarters. Her Footprint brothers and sisters would have to agree her smile is welcoming and will brighten up your day.  Hien sees the World as a giant paradise that she will someday discover. Right now she is busy discovering the hidden secrets of her own country and loving every minute of sharing her smile with the people and places she meets.

Dang Quang Dien Tour Operator

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: Tour Guide, Travel Consultant, and now Tour Operator in his 5 years at Footprint If Dien is not shocking you with one of his stories in the remote hills of Northern Vietnam he is shocking himself adventuring on his favorite mode of transportation. The Russian Minsk. His name in English means both power and electricity. As much as power reflects his personality more, he prefers the latter, taking with him everywhere an energy and love for travel.

Pham Thi Hai Tour Operator

Bachelor of Tourism Degree Experience: 3 years at FootprintAt Footprint, Hai would tell you she feels comfortable and healthy. She believes in the work environment and she would have to agree she will be there for a long time. She is also a new mom and looks forward to bringing up a healthy family. She is the romantic and match-maker at the office. And, is always willing to help a single guy or girl do as she did, and find a fellow Footprinter to marry and start a family.

Dinh Huy Minh IT & Webmaster

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Experience: 3 years experience and 2 years as a Footprinter You couldn’t find a better IT guy! The entire office would agree that as quiet as he is, he makes digital harmony, playing and fine tuning his favorite instrument. The only noise he makes is the rhythmic striking of his computer keys. Not only a musician, Minh is also a doctor, curing all viruses at their first sign or symptom. Minh could easily spend all day working away designing and re-designing the Footprint website or developing new programs to make everyone’s life a little easier. Although, every once and a while you’ll see his chair empty, for Minh has left the office to watch his favorite football team play.

Nguyen Thi Huyen Travel Consultant

Bachelor of Tourism Degree: Experience: 2 years in tourism, 6 months in Footprint. Be a youngest member, Huyen is delighted to be in this small family of Footprint. She loves nature, culture and people that brought her to Footprint, and really the job at Footprint offers these chances. She is a responsible person at work and always does her utmost to complete the task assigned, “I’m anxious to help you - friends - to see the best of Vietnam, so come to travel with me”.
