A festival featuring the cuisine of Vietnam’s southern provinces will be held in Ho Chi Minh City next week.

 Starting from May 21, the secret trench in the five-star hotel Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi will open for tourists, nearly one year after it was discovered.

The 2012 Southern Land Cusine Festival will open at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City on May 25.
