Accordingly, the festival will see the participation of 50 food businesses with more than 90 cuisine stalls, and local people and visitors will have an opportunity to enjoy South Vietnam’s specialties.
Along with introducing specialties, there will be a competition, “Specialties of the South”, for participants to prepare foods and make dishes with different themes: “Seafood Cuisine of the Central”, “Cuisine of the Central Highlands”, “Cuisine of the South” and “Cuisine of Sai Gon”.
The best dishes and products from competitions will be auctioned to raise funds for needy children in Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition, visitors will have a chance to enjoy special artistic performances of “Don ca tai tu” as well as to play folk games during the program.
