This information was released at a press conference of the Lam Dong provincial People's Committee in Dalat on November 8.
The organizing board said that the State budget will contribute VND5 billion of the sum, while the remaining amount will come from businesses and units.
Nguyen Vu Hoang, director of Lam Dong province's Cultural Centre said the organisation board has encouraged Dalat flower businesses and growers to get involved in the event to seize its tourism potential.
This year's festival will include nine major programmes related to Dalat flowers.
