The balloon is scheduled to begin official operation on the 80^th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 2, 2010.
This is the first tourist balloon in Nha Trang from which people can get an aerial view of the city and one of the world’s most beautiful bays.
The 1.2 million-euro balloon will carry 25-30 passengers per 20-minute flight.
The investor has sent two officials to France for a training course on flying the balloon. It also invited French and German specialists to Vietnam for installation and technical assistance.
A reader named Khue Viet Truong shot the balloon.
