Travel to Quan Son Lake, Quan Son Lake in My Duc District, Ha Tay Province Vietnam, 50km from Hanoi, is a large area with many small islands surrounded by forests and nearly 100 limestone-mountains. With its primitive romantic landscape, it is considered a small Ha Long Bay Vietnam.

The first destination in the trip to discover Quan Son is Giang Noi Wharf in Giang Noi Lake, one of thee large lakes in Quan Son. For only 45,000VND, tourists will be taken around the 850ha-lake area by enthusiastic boatwomen. It is a very interesting tour, giving tourists a chance to behold the surrounding captivating scenery, live with nature and enjoy fresh air.

In Quan Son, there are many wonderful destinations, such as Trau Trang (White Buffalo) Mountain, Su Tu (Lion) Island, Doc Lap Island, Quai Cheo Mountain, Voi Phuc (kneeing Elephant) Hill, Hoa Qua Son, etc, each with its own natural attractions, fascinating all tourists. The area is also famous for Linh Son and Ngoc Long Caves, which are not large but very mysterious with stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes of dragons, phoenixes, unicorns, tortoises, etc.
According to the locals, in the rainy season, waterfalls from high mountains run down into the lake around the clock, creating marvellous scenes.
Also, there are some pagodas in Quan Son Vietnam, such as Cao and Ham Yen, etc. However, Linh Son Pagoda, near Linh Son Cave, is the most typical which is located at the foot of the mountain, reflecting on the surface of Giang Noi Lake. It was built in the Mac Dynasty (the 16th century).
