High-end hotels introduce new restaurant promotions

Several of Ho Chi Minh City's most luxurious hotels have recently revamped their menus offering new delicacies for local gourmets seeking a fine dining experience with friends and family.

Park Hyatt Saigon
From November 2-12, the Opera Restaurant will be serving a seasonal menu featuring unique shell-fish preparations.
Chef Michele Gulizzi and his culinary team will prepare the promotional menu for lunch and dinner with a variety of seafood dishes. Prices range from US$8+ to US$28++ per dish.

Sheraton Hotel
For the entire month of November, the Li Bai Restaurant will be featuring Foie Gras extensively on their menu.
The Chinese restaurant's team of chefs Will masterfully employ a variety of traditional Chinese sauces such as XO, sweet and sour and BBQ to accentuate the delicate Foie Gras.

Caravelle Hotel
Caravelle Hotel, guests attending High Tea in the Lobby Lounge will enjoy two brand-new menus. High Tea is served every afternoon from12-5pm.
For US$7, guests can sip English tea and indulge in classic offerings such as cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon and fruit tarts.
The Lotus menu option, also priced at US$7, offers more locally inspired nibbles such as fried crab and pork spring rolls.
