16/05/07 (GMT+7)
Travel to Nha Trang and Dalat, after four years of construction, road No.723 linking the two famous tourist destinations of Nha Trang and Dalat cities and is claimed to be the most beautiful and dreamlike road in the Central Highlands by local and foreign tourists was inaugurated late last month.

Previously, travellers from the flower city of Dalat who want to travel to the coastal city of Nha Trang by land had to follow the route of Dalat – Phan Rang – Nha Trang with a total length of 230 kilometers. The new road has shortened the distance between Dalat and Nha Trang by nearly 90 kilometers.
Moreover, by following this new road, tourists can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Highlands Vietnam, which are hard to find on other roads, as this road crosses the thick forest of coniferous trees and aloe wood of Lang Bian Plateau.
The road first crosses Lam Dong Province’s villages of the K’ho ethnic people, Chill in Dachais commune in Lac Duong District, which is the core area of Bidup National Park of Ba (Lady) Mountain. This area is an invaluable forest of natural landscapes and a diversified ecosystem with many rare species of the subtropical forest.
The Bidup National Park of the Ba (Lady) Mountain is specified as the only place in the world that has the presence of the ancient plant pinus krempfii that dates back to the time of the dinosaurs.
Passing the forest of coniferous trees covered in the mist is Hon Giao mountain pass with a height of 1,700 meters above sea level. The road continues crossing the tropical forest, well-known for the legendary stories of aloe wood in the Khanh Vinh District of Khanh Hoa Province Vietnam, and then travel to the Nha Trang sea Vietnam.
Despite being recently inaugurated, the road linking the forests and the sea has attracted many travellers from near and far. traveller services have offered new tours passing this road.
Travellers booking these new tours have a chance not only to conquer Hon Giao mountain pass, the longest mountain pass in Vietnam with the total distance of 33 kilometers, but to view primeval forests, villages of ethnic peoples in Lang Bian Plateau and the mountains of Khanh Hoa Province plus stop anywhere along the road to take photos or shoot film of the natural landscapes.
