Da Lat: “Valley of love” worth just USD44,000

Da Lat Youth Tourism Service Company, the manager and developer of the “Valley of Love”, a famous tourist site in Da Lat city Vietnam, on April 23 announced it would perform initial public offering (IPO) on May 19.

This company will auction 534,000 shares at the starting price of VND13,000 per share.

 

The company’s director, Nguyen Hoang Vinh Quang, said that this company now managed more than 133ha of forest and a 10ha lake (Da Thien Lake) as tourism facilities.Remarkably, the famous tourist site in the plateau city of Da Lat, the “Valley of Love”, which is recognised by the Ministry of Culture and Information as a national landscape, is valued at just VND700 million (US$43,700).
