Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam to take part in international tourism fair

Tourism activities in Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam will be introduced at the 2007 Gitf International Tourism Fair which will be held in Kuang Chou, China from March 30 to April 1, 2007.
Marketing such activities as the Southern Fruits Festival, the Delicious Dishes of Different Regions Festival, and the 2007 Vietnamese-Korean Cultural and Tourism Festival at the fair is part of the 2007 tourism promotion programme for Ho Chi Minh City of the Tourism Promotion Organization for Asia Pacific Cities (TPO).
At the Vietnamese section of the fair, many interesting activities will be held to introduce major destinations like the Mekong Delta and the Central Heritage Route, sea tourism, cuisine and shopping in Vietnam. There will also be performances with traditional musical instruments and clothes.
The purpose of all activities is to attract tourists and investors, especially those coming from China.
