Inauguration of automated information kiosk in Lam Dong Vietnam

Lam Dong information, Lam Dong's departments of Tourism, Trade, Post and Telematics and Planning & Investment has recently inaugurated an automatic information kiosk providing free information to serve foreign and domestic tourists at City Central Post Office, 2 Le Dai Hanh Street, Dalat Vietnam.

This information kiosk was supplied by IBM Vietnam, and is equipped with modern technology, such as IR touch screen and a fully loaded PC system, to ensure easy access to information in many fields.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tao, director of Lam Dong Department of Post and Telematics said that this kiosk will provide all information with images related to tourism services in Dalat Vietnam, such as sightseeing spots, restaurants, hotels in Dalat, Dalat city maps, road guides and souvenir shops in Dalat Vietnam.

Furthermore, the kiosk offers socio-economic information and opportunities for investment in Lam Dong Vietnam.

The province is preparing to install four more kiosks at central areas frequented by tourists. Lam Dong is the third region in Vietnam to launch free information kiosks, after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
