Vietnam Adventure Tours: Many Opportunities to Invest

Vietnam Adventure Tours, adventure tourism is a kind of travelling attracting the attention of many tourists, particularly those who are keen on making discoveries and returning to the nature. Vietnam is now a highly-potential destination for adventure tourism.

At present, more and more tourists of both genders and different ages are participating in sports adventure tourism programmes. These tourists can often afford money to pay for longer-lasting tours.
Vietnam adventure tours has much potential for tourism development and is emerging as an attractive world destination. Three quarters of the country are hills and mountains and criss-crossing rivers with marvellous caves, tropical primeval forests, natural reserves, large national parks and more than 3,000 kilometres of the coast. These are favourable conditions for the development of sports adventure tourism, including trekking, mountain climbing; cycling, motorbiking and car races; diving, boat racing, water-skiing, parachuting and ballooning.
Imposing, beautiful and wild landscapes and typical cultural identity of ethnic minority groups in mountainous North East, North West, the central region and the Central Highlands Vietnam are wonderful addresses for organising adventurous tours in Vietnam.
Despite the rich potential, there are only a handful of Vietnam travel companies that have organised adventurous tours to attract tourists to Vietnam. So far, some adventurous tours have been organised, including tours to conquer Mount Fansipan’s peak, Lang Biang peak in Da Lat city, Bach Ma (White Horse) peak in Thua Thien Hue province and Pren pass; diving tours in Nha Trang, Phu Quoc Island, Cu Lao Cham and Con Dao; terraced cycling tours and sports motorbike tours in mountainous areas; and kayak rowing in Ha Long Bay (kayaking tours) and Cat Ba Island.
Vietnam adventure tours, it is still very difficult to organise adventure tours in Vietnam although the country is rich in potential of this kind of tourism. To develop adventure tourism, the State need survey and create a master plan to select the most appropriate places for Vietnam adventurous tours.
The State should also invest in infrastructure and encourage investors to invest in this kind of tourism with priority policies. It is also necessary to organise promotional tours for travel companies and foreign journalists to learn about adventurous travel in Vietnam.
