06/08/07 (GMT+7)

Fancy resorts in Da Nang, the People’s Committee of Da Nang has licensed Vina Capital to develop a US$325-million tourism and residential project in the central coast city.

More fancy resorts in Da Nang Vietnam

Taking up nine hectares of Son Tra District, Vina Capital Square will include a five-star hotel and a four-star hotel with more than 600 rooms between them, and more than 1,300 up-market apartments and villas of 120 to 125 square meters each.

Da Nang’s biggest tourism-related project to date will also feature two shopping centers of 30,000 square meters each, a 42-storey office building, and an exhibition and convention center.

Another property developer with big plans for Da Nang Vietnam is the US realty group KOR, which is waiting for a license to build a US$200-million resort on nearly 40 hectares of Hoa Hao Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

Resorts in Da Nang, with its beautiful beaches and friendly people, Da Nang is an ideal place to invest in tourism. That’s certainly the opinion of some property developers who were shown around the city and given a glimpse of its culture, people and scenery.

KOR employs more than 1,600 employees at its Los Angeles headquarters, satellite offices in Dallas, Miami, Mexico’s Playa del Carmen, Canada’s Vancouver and elsewhere in the world.
