Quang Nam Vietnam prepares for heritage itinerary festival in June

Quang Nam Province Vietnam has announced its tourism festival named Quang Nam - Heritage Itinerary Festival 2007 in June with music, sports and cultural activities in the ancient town of Hoi An Vietnam and Cham Island.

The festival, which takes place every two years, will offer many activities, such as a photo exhibition to introduce to the community the culture of the Indochinese people, a sea port, a food festival, music and a traditional fashion show.

The organizational committee said that during the four days, from June 27 to 30, the festival would focus on introducing the cultural heritage of Quang Nam Vietnam, and the Indochinese people.

Visitors can also see activities that introduce the Laotian people and the dishes of the Indochinese.

Together with these festivities, other programs are still available for tourists such as tours to traditional trade villages in Hoi An, Dien Ban, Duy Xuyen along with tours to Truong Son road and the My Son night festival.
