Thua Thien-Hue welcomes Thai visitors on caravan tour

Hue tours, More than 10 left-hand drive cars carrying tourists from Thailand arrived in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on April 11 on a caravan tour.
They were welcomed at the Lao Bao border in Quang Tri Province by Huong Giang travel agents.
The tourists are scheduled to visit Vinh Moc tunnel in Quang Tri, Phong Nha-Ke Bang world natural heritage site in Quang Binh, the former imperial city of Hue, Lang Co beach, the Cham museum and Non Nuoc stone carving village in Da Nang, and the ancient city of Hoi An.
The Thai tourists will stay in the central region for five days and four nights, from April 11 to 15.
As of the beginning of April, Huong Giang travel agents had welcomed nearly 2,000 Thai visitors arriving in Hue by road. The company is promoting caravan tours to attract more upper-scale tourists.
