Hue to have two more resorts

Resorts in Hue, the Gia Minh – Conic from Conic Group, Ho Chi Minh City opened construction of the Conic - Lang Co resort complex on January 13, in Thua Thien Hue province.

The complex will be capitalized with 400 billion VND on a 10 hectare site, along the Lang Co coast. It will include a hotel with 200 rooms, 40 five-star villas, and conference rooms at international standard.

The Thua Thien Hue’s People’s Committee has also granted license to build a resort and a golf course with total capital of nearly 5,000 billion VND. The project is invested by Lap An investment and development company, a joint-venture between Gia Minh Conic and Lap An Development Pte, Ltd.

It will be built on a site of more than 145 hectares in Lang Co town and will include more than 800 luxury apartments and villas and two nine-hole golf courses.
