Foreign visitors to Quang Nam

The central Quang Nam province welcomed the one millionth foreign visitor of 2007 at the ancient town of Hoi An on December 28.

The distinguished guest is Mongkhol Chantharasuksan from Thailand .
The world natural heritage site Halong Bay in northern Quang Ninh province has so far this year hosted nearly 1.8 million visitors, including more than 1.02 million foreigners, representing a year-on-year increase of 41 percent. Halong Bay Vietnam is nominated by Switzerland-based New Open World as a global natural wonder on the website www.natural7wonders.com.
