Start at 8.00 am from your hotel by a short taxi ride (or to walk) to get our bike. Cycle from the historical Long Bien bridge, join in a bit of the local traffic here in the morning, but it's totally safe. Cross the Red river then ride though different traditional villages where you can see the life of the locals, it's a total freedom on your bike so that you can stop to talk to the local at any time, visit the local market, traditional pagodas, temples ....
More riding after a short ferry ride, onto the country road, along the immense paddy field, where our guide will brief you about the wet rice and Vietnamese agriculture.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant en route, you can try some local dishes and take shot nap there. Maybe a short rest after lunch then we keep riding to more villages. Ride up to the dyke looking over the Red river, where you can see the town inner the river call Hanoi.
Ride back through the Long Bien Bridge into the town, our tour ends at your hotel or at a Bia Hoi store. |
