In what events will we not be provided the services and no refund offered (e.g. natural disaster, political / civil instability, weather conditions, bureaucratic problems)?

We work hard to foresee and inform you of these type of situations at the time of booking, and we will try our best to partially refund for the unforeseen cases mentioned above.

Footprint will not be liable for any compensation if we (the company) or you (the customer) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations out of our control which we, nor any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example, war or threat of wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters or terrorism, etc...

Are ropes used at any point?
How ‘remote’ are the various phases of the expedition – are there many other tourists to these areas?
