This really depends on your budget for your vacations in Vietnam. It is nice to be at the 4 to 5 stars hotels where standards are up to an international level, but please note that these are often fully booked. There is currently not enough rooms in the 4 – 5 star hotels estimated for 2007 – 2008. Thus expect some alternative.

Hotels that are 2 – 3 star are recommended to save money for your next holiday and to avoid the unavailability in the high season.
